1. One Verified Account Per Voter
Every voter must maintain a single, verified account backed by confirmed email and mobile phone verification. Creating multiple accounts, using burner phone services, or registering proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and subject to permanent account suspension.
2. One Ballot Per Ceremony
Voters may submit exactly one ballot per retrospective ceremony. Once a ballot is submitted to Firestore, it is locked to prevent vote altering or post-reveal adjustments.
3. Active Period Voting Only
Ballots may only be cast while a ceremony is in active voting status. Upcoming ceremonies allow previewing nominees, and closed or archived ceremonies display final calculated results.
4. No Automated Voting or Manipulation
Automated scripts, bots, ballot stuffers, or vote manipulation techniques are strictly prohibited. Our server endpoints validate request integrity and reject unverified or suspicious payload patterns.
5. Certified Server-Side Calculations
All vote counting and result determinations occur strictly within secure Cloud Functions after the voting window officially closes. Results are immutable once published.
