• Voting Participation: Timestamped ballot submission records linking your verified voter ID to chosen nominees. Individual ballot choices remain private to your account.

2. Why Information Is Collected

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Authenticate your identity when signing in.
• Ensure that only verified, unique humans participate in retrospective voting.
• Aggregate ballot votes into accurate ceremony results.
• Deliver optional ceremony notification updates you have explicitly opted into.

All user data, authentication tokens, and ballot records are stored using secure cloud infrastructure with strict Firestore security rules and server-side verification guards. Sensitive administrative credentials and MFA secrets use AES-256 encryption.
