Browse our complete archive of 77 retrospective ceremonies from 1950 through 2026. Each ceremony page features the historical nominee slate across all active Film Fan Awards categories.
2. Create a Verified Account
To protect voting integrity and ensure every vote counts equally, Film Fan Awards requires verified membership:
- Email Verification: Confirms your account communication channel and login security.
- SMS Mobile Verification: Protects against automated bots and duplicate account creation.
- Unique Username & Profile: Establishes your public voter profile and member identity.
- Age Certification: Confirms all voting members are 18 years of age or older. Optional newsletter subscriptions are separate and never required to vote.
3. Vote Category by Category
Browse nominations and cast your vote category by category. Each selection is saved immediately to your ballot. You can change your vote at any time while the ceremony voting window remains open. There is no single full-ballot submission step, and cast votes cannot simply be withdrawn or deleted without selecting another nominee. All active categories lock automatically when the ceremony voting period officially closes.
4. Keep a Personal Film Journal
Save thoughts, ratings, and reflections on any nominated film. Notes belong to the film itself, seamlessly appearing across all of that film's nominations and building your personal Film Journal to share with fellow film enthusiasts.
5. Server-Side Results & Historical Comparison
No interim results or leading vote counts are shown while voting is underway. When a ceremony voting period concludes, all eligible verified votes are tallied securely server-side. Once results are published, explore the ceremony results page to see fan-crowned winners and compare audience consensus with the Academy's original historical choices.
